HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

*You can call us at 212.925.2235 and place your order by phone though we encourage onine ordering as we are not always near the phone.
If you reach our voicemail, please leave a detailed message and your call will be returned as quickly as possible.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Unfortunately we can not guarantee quick delivery for international shipments because of Customs and Carrier delays, so if your purchase is a gift or has a deadline, we reccommend you order well in advance.

ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

PAYMENT SECURITY/SAFE ONLINE TRANSACTIONS

If using our online store, we offer secure shopping using SSL protocol, an Internet communications technology, which encrypts and secures your credit card and personal information. Your financial safety is extremely important to us.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. We ship by both US Postal Service and UPS only. All products are insured however we can not be held responsible for incorrect addresses given by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.

SHIPPING FEES

We ship via US Postal Service (Flat Rate Shipping Option) which can take 2-9 business days depending on your US location.  If you select UPS 2-Day Shipping, your product will be delivered within 2 Business days (US Only).  Please see 'International Orders' above for our note on International shipping procedures. 
If your order requires Overnight or Custom shipping options, please contact us at info@merchant4.com to custom quotes. **Merchant No. 4 is not responsible for shipping carrier delays.***

SALES TAX

By law, we are required to charge 8.875% sales tax on all orders shipped within New York.

RETURN POLICY

Product returns will be accepted within 30 days for store credit, exchange or refund.  All returns or exchanges must be in original, unused condition. Return shipping, payment for return shipping, and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Please make sure that items are wrapped securely when returning them.

Damaged items claims must be made within 48 hours of parcel arrival.  Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after 48 hours.
