Marie Garnier designed this beautiful "Homo Sapien" kitchen tool for Eno. Made of sandstone and shaped like a peeled potato, Homo Sapien can be used as a knife sharpener or to crush and grind herbs like a pestle. You can even tenderize meat or shell nuts....there are many uses for Homo Sapien, so forget all the savvy one-use gadgets of today. Sometimes, it feels good to keep it simple.
